Common Language of Instruction with APL
Room 518 Brad Hoesing & Kyle Stevens - Wausa Staff Mr. Hoesing, K-12 Principal, & Mr. Stevens, 9-12 English Instructor from Wausa high school will showcase the Wausa Common Language of Instruction guidelines. Mr. Hoesing will go over the process in how they developed their common language of instruction, and Mr. Stevens will demonstrate various APL instructional strategies that fit into Wausa's common language of instruction. Flipped Classroom Room 508 Jason Ayers & Lorie Summers - NPS Finding and meeting the needs of all students is a difficult task for any educator. We believe a balanced approach is very important to meet the needs of all students. We are not experts on the flipped/blended classroom, but we will share our experiences and resources we have used over the last several years. Our experiences focus on the area of math at the seventh and eighth grade level, ranging with students from special education classrooms to advanced placement classrooms.
